Franklin Preservation to hold workshop on home research

Franklin Preservation will hold a workshop Saturday, May 20, that will allow attendees to research the history of their homes and the families who lived there.

The morning session will be held in the register/recorder’s office/index room at the Venango County Courthouse from 10 a.m. to noon.

The afternoon session will be in the Pennsylvania Room at the Franklin Public Library from 1 to 3 p.m.

Pre-registration and payment is required and is due by May 12.

The cost is $20 per person.
