Central Elementary School won the Brightest Lights & Most Sparkle award for the Electric Lights Parade held Saturday during Franklin’s Light Up Night celebration.
Here is a rundown of the top place winners in each of the parade’s five divisions:
- Division I (Churches and schools) — Victory Elementary School, first; Venango Technology Center, second; Atlantic Avenue Church, third
- Division II (Business and industry) — Next Step Therapy, Lockhart Raceway, Community Ambulance Service
- Division III (Service organizations) — Chargers 4H Group, Jamie’s Kids, Clarion Venango County Dairy Princess
- Division IV (Miscellaneous) — Two Mile Run County Park, Triple T Motorsports, Tri County Industries
- Division V (Decorated vehicles and walkers) — Will’s Blow-Up Extravaganza, Edify Learning Center, Master Reilly’s Family Martial Arts, PA Prayer Warriors
