Smokey Ben was brought to us because his owner was moving and couldn’t take him with her. It takes him some time to trust new people. His foster mom says he is very energetic and also loves to snuggle at night. Smokey Ben does well with other social animals, he just doesn’t know his own size when he wants to play. He does have some separation anxiety tendencies, but is usually not destructive and will settle into a routine. He is a very smart dog.
