Titusville United Way to honor acts of kindness

From staff reports

The United Way of the Titusville Region will honor citizens through the organization’s Random Acts of Kindness program.

According to a United Way news release, the goal is to celebrate the good works of volunteers and inspire the community to lend a hand when needed.

“We want to do something positive to celebrate the kindness and caring of our community members that work to make our communities a better place to live,” United Way Chief Professional Officer Terri Ann Wig said.

The United Way is asking residents to submit acts of kindness by posting photos and stories on the organization’s social media pages, including Facebook (Titusville United Way); Instagram (uw_titusvillepa); and Twitter (uw_titusvillepa).

The United Way will place the submissions in Random Acts of Kindness photo frames and share it with followers.
