A Clarion man accused of strangling a woman during a domestic dispute last week in Clarion County was apprehended Monday in Latrobe, Westmoreland County.

Clarion state police had been looking for Justin Harris, 25, since the incident last Wednesday at the Corcetti Apartments in Monroe Township.

Online court dockets indicate Harris was arraigned Monday and is being held in the Clarion County jail.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 18.
