A Franklin man, Thomas Rodgers, faces multiple drug and DUI charges after police stopped him in Barkeyville and found meth, fentanyl and paraphernalia in his vehicle. Rodgers admitted to using drugs, transporting them from the Pittsburgh area and selling small amounts. Toxicology results later confirmed multiple substances in his system.
