Franklin
The City of Franklin street department will pick up leaves with vacuum machines Tuesday through Thursday on the Gurney Road side of Franklin Heights.
On Friday, workers will pick up leaves on the Greentree side of Franklin Heights.
Bagged leaves will also be picked up throughout the city on Friday.
Residents are asked to rake their leaves to the edge of their front lawns, not onto the street.

Oil City
The City of Oil City will continue collecting leaves next week.
All cars must be off the posted street by 7:30 a.m. and cars that are not moved will be ticketed and possibly towed.
Leaves should be raked or blown to the curb and not into the street.
Monday — Palace Hill area
Tuesday — Siverly area
Wednesday — Selden Avenue and Charlton Street area
Thursday — Clark Summit
