The registration deadline for UPMC Northwest’s community health fair on Wednesday has been extended to Monday.
Health resources, screenings and education will be part of the fair at the hospital in Seneca.
Free screenings include lipid cholesterol bloodwork (total cholesterol, HDL, calculated LDL, and triglycerides) and A1C/blood glucose.
Educational materials on nutrition, heart health and diabetes will be available.
Masks are required and will be provided upon entry.
Registration is required to attend and may be arranged by calling (814) 677-1463 or toll-free at (800) 422-8888.
