Franklin Jr/Sr High School’s VEX robotics team brought home a first and second place finish from the VEX VRC Robotics competition held in Wellsburg, W.V., last Friday. Franklin took four robots – built by 16 students – to the event held at Brooke County High School. Franklin’s next competition will be a Pennsylvania State Qualifying Tournament on Dec. 15 at the Sarah Heinz House in Pittsburgh.
