Venango Fatherhood Initiative’s Fun With Father Picnic will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 17, at the Creekside Pavilion at Hasson Park in Oil City.
Musician and ventriloquist Jimmy Swogger & Friends will provide entertainment.
There will be a cookout, activities and prizes for those who attend.
This event is free but space is limited. Fathers who plan to attend with their children should register by Wednesday, June 14, by calling the Fatherhood Initiative at (814) 676-9940, Ext. 12.
The location for the event was incorrect in the advertisement published in Thursday’s newspaper.
Venango Fatherhood Initiative is a program under the umbrella of Family Service & Children’s Aid Society of Venango County.
