A Franklin man is facing several charges for having inappropriate sexual contact with two juvenile girls.
Franklin state police said in a criminal complaint that Ronald Dewayne Ziegler, 65, touched the breasts of the two girls, who were 15 and 13.
Court documents indicate the incidents occurred last year in Cranberry Township.
Police conducted interviews during the last month with both girls, the parents of the older girl, and two juvenile boys who are brothers of one of the girls, according to the complaint.
Ziegler was charged with two felony counts each of corruption of minors-defendant age 18 or above and unlawful contact with a minor-sexual offenses and two misdemeanor counts of indecent assault-person less than 16.
Ziegler was arraigned Saturday, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled May 10 in Venango County Central Court.
