The Friends of the Oil City Library will hold a Halloween fundraiser on Friday.
Baked goods will be sold from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friends of the Library’s purpose is to support the library with volunteer and financial help. The bake sale, along with raffles and weekly used book sales, help provide finances for library operations.
Over the past year, the Friends group has raised money for a new outdoor sign at the library, newly painted front steps, Adopt-a-Magazine and the summer reading program.
