Oil City business re-opens
An Oil City business that has been closed for 11 years has re-opened. The shop, cottage hill fudge (all lower case letters, according to owner Jeanette Demmer Biltz), opened Wednesday at 169 E. Bissell Ave. Biltz is pictured here with some of her products. The business is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and Biltz can be contacted at 676-2655 if patrons want to stop by outside normal store hours. (Contributed photo)
