Venango County has awarded $250,000 in liquid fuels monies to nine local municipalities for the fiscal year 2024 round of funding.
The county received 17 liquid fuels applications this year totaling $481,097.00 in requests.
The following municipalities were awarded fiscal year 2024 funds:
Allegheny Township, $20,000; Cherrytree Township, $45,000; City of Franklin, $20,000; Frenchcreek Township, $20,000; Pleasantville Borough, $40,000; President Township, $50,000; Richland Township, $20,000; Rouseville Borough, $15,000; and Sandycreek Township, Township $20,000.
