Portion of Duncomb Street reopened

From staff reports

One lane of Duncomb Street between Seneca and Elm streets in Oil City is reopened, PennDOT annouced Friday.

Traffic may travel onto Duncomb Street from Elm Street to Seneca Street.

The lane for traffic attempting to turn from North Seneca Street onto Duncomb Street will remain closed, PennDOT said.

Duncomb had been closed due to demolition work at the former Oil City parking ramp.

The full closure will be put into place again once the demolition progresses closer to Duncomb Street.

The lane restrictions on Elm and Seneca streets near the parking ramp will remain in place.
