Coding at the library

On April 17, 10 young people learned computer programming at the Oil City Library in the CODE VC program. They were taught by the young women from last summer’s AppZap camp, GEMS’s camp for girls. This program was funded by a grant from Bridge Builders Community Foundation. It will have its second session Tuesday, May 1, at the Franklin Library. Spaces for students ages 6-12 are still available. Abby Walters, Kaitlin Smith, Tori McClelland, and Maddy Bakker led the group. (Submitted photo)
