After six years of business, The Olive Vault in Franklin has new owners — Kipp and Candi Walton — who recently purchased the specialty food store from its founders, Tammy and David Bible. The shop, known for its gourmet olive oils, vinegars, pastas, and other ingredients, was a longtime favorite of the Waltons, who say they plan to preserve the store’s signature offerings while expanding its back space. The sale happened unexpectedly but smoothly, as the Waltons were searching for a downtown business opportunity and the Bibles were considering selling in a few years. Though bittersweet, the Bibles expressed gratitude for their time serving the community and excitement for the store’s future under the Waltons’ care.
