Jacob Davis, a first-grader at Smedley Elementary School gets a hug from his brother, Gabriel Sibble, who was waiting with their mother, Alex Shreffler, and cousin, Xavier Sibble, after school at their bus stop at the bottom of Mitchell Avenue at West First Street.
