Clarion, Titusville to receive housing funds

Clarion County and Titusville will receive substantial funds through the state’s HOME Investment Partnerships Program to support affordable housing programs.

The federally funded HOME program provides low-income individuals with access to affordable, safe, and reliable housing through grants and loan assistance.

More than $8 million in HOME funds was awarded to municipalities across Pennsylvania. Clarion County will receive $500,000 for existing owner-occupied housing in partnership with the Clarion County Housing and Community Development Corp.

The City of Titusville will receive $750,000 for existing owner-occupied housing in partnership with the Titusville Redevelopment Authority.
