The Salvation Army in Oil City will take applications for its Christmas toy and food assistance program next week. It is open to residents of Oil City, Cranberry, Reno, Rouseville, Seneca and Venus areas.
People who want to apply for the program should visit the Salvation Army building at 217 Sycamore St. between 1 to 3 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday.
Those who apply should provide a photo identification, proof of residence, proof of income and expenses and a birth certificate for each child.
