The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has announced a bridge replacement project on Paint Mills Road in Clarion County, with contractor Francis J. Palo Inc. currently preparing the site through tree clearing and trimming. Drivers may experience daytime delays due to flagging operations ahead of construction. The road will be fully closed from June 1 through Aug. 21 between Route 66 and Route 208. During that time, a detour will direct motorists along Routes 66, 322 and 208 to navigate around the closure.
