A Harrisville man, Riley McGuire, 18, is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a PennWest Clarion student in her campus residence hall in November. According to police, the victim reported the assault after being attacked in her suite, where officers later observed visible injuries. McGuire has been charged with rape, sexual assault and related offenses, and was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
