Twelve students were inducted last week into the Karl P. Seiffert Chapter of the National Honor Society at East Forest High School. The induction ceremony recognized the students who have demonstrated excellence in scholarship, leadership, service and character. Current Honor Society members led a traditional candle-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the four pillars of the organization. The ceremony concluded with a pledge recited by the new members.
