2 more charged for roles in drug ring

Two individuals, Michael Daniels Jr. from Detroit and Shirley Mosier from Franklin, have been charged for their involvement in a drug trafficking ring transporting illegal drugs from Michigan to Venango County. The ring, involved in distributing crack cocaine, cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl, and other controlled substances, has already seen the arrest of four other men from Detroit. Mosier rented an apartment in Oil City used for drug storage and sales and was observed making drug deliveries. Daniels faces multiple felony charges, including conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver, while Mosier faces similar charges and is currently wanted by police. Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating Mosier.
