The Karma Concert Series, now called *Billy’s Has Karma*, is returning to Oil City for its ninth year, bringing live performances from local musicians every Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Billy’s. The season kicks off Nov. 6 with Brandon Rae, followed by Acoustic Earle on Nov. 13 and Cross Roadzz on Nov. 20. Admission is $5, with all proceeds supporting the Lyric Theatre restoration project, which has raised nearly $50,000 so far. Organizer Kay Woods said the funds help keep the Lyric’s operations going, with the theater aiming to reopen in fall 2027. November’s shows are sponsored by Creekside Granite and Mary Lou and Dan Hall.
