James M. Henderson Post 32 of the American Legion in Oil City will conduct its annual Veterans Day program Monday at the repaired World War I George C. Rickards Plaza at the foot of Central Avenue.
The starting point for those marching over Veterans Bridge will be at Justus Park.
Marchers should meet at the park at 10:30 a.m., and they will proceed over the bridge with a stop at the center to honor U.S. veterans.
