A Meadville woman, Patricia Kuhn, 64, is facing charges after allegedly endangering motorists and assaulting a PennDOT flagger in Sugarcreek. According to police, Kuhn drove her Ford F-150 around stopped vehicles and confronted the flagger, demanding to be let through despite oncoming traffic. When refused, she reportedly used her truck to push the flagger 8 to 11 feet into a guardrail before reversing and driving off. Witnesses helped identify Kuhn, who now faces misdemeanor charges of recklessly endangering another person and simple assault, along with traffic-related summary offenses.
