A 68-year-old Grove City woman has died as a result of injuries she suffered after being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday afternoon, according to Mercer County Coroner John A. Libonati.
Melissa Biddle died at the emergency department of Grove City Medical Center at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday after being struck on Center Church Road at the Amsterdam Road intersection in Liberty Township at about 1:35 p.m., Libonati said.
The cause of death was a result of blunt force injuries, Libonati said, and circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated by state police.
