A Franklin man is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges after allegedly terrorizing four people at a residence in Sugarcreek Borough over several months. According to a criminal complaint filed by Sugarcreek police, 30-year-old Dustin Neyman is accused of making violent threats, damaging property, forcing individuals into vehicles, attempting to coerce them into harming one another, monitoring them with cameras inside and outside the home, and repeatedly intimidating them through aggressive behavior. Police said the victims reported being in fear for their lives, with one individual leaving the residence due to ongoing threats. Neyman has been charged with four felony counts of terroristic threats, along with multiple misdemeanor counts including stalking, simple assault, harassment and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
