Sugarcreek Borough Police have identified Joshua Munoz, 38, as the second driver injured in a Wednesday morning crash on Allegheny Boulevard that claimed the life of 29-year-old Zachary Hilliard of Oil City. Hilliard died at the scene from blunt force head trauma, while Munoz remains hospitalized with serious injuries. Police said slushy road conditions and speeds greater than reasonable for the conditions contributed to the crash, which remains under investigation.
