Flea Flickers, a new discount store, has opened at 424 State Route 8 near Oil City, offering general merchandise like small appliances and holding a large clothing sale once a month. Owned by Josh and Kyrsten Shiffer of Elizabethville—who also own Tri-City Raceway—the store features bins of new, name-brand clothing during its monthly sale on the second Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The rest of the time, the focus is on other discounted goods, similar to what shoppers might find at Sam’s Club. Flea Flickers is open Thursday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and also hosts Facebook Live sales Monday through Wednesday evenings.
