Justin Piercy of Oil City, has been charged in a large-scale fentanyl trafficking case in Venango County. Piercy allegedly helped arrange a fentanyl sale during a months-long investigation involving multiple suspects, including Dashaun “Buddah” Scott and others already facing charges. Investigators used surveillance, a confidential informant, and court-authorized phone tracing to build the case, with controlled drug buys taking place in early 2024. Piercy faces several felony charges and remains in jail awaiting a preliminary hearing.
