We were told that Cooper was a Blue Heeler and St. Bernard cross and while we can see Blue Heeler in the blue ticking of his coat and the texture of his fur, the St. Bernard part escapes us. When you look at him one thing is for sure, Cooper got the gene for BIG. Cooper is learning “come” and “sit.” As with any dog, to be successful in his new home Cooper needs someone who will give attention to his training and manners. To meet Cooper contact Tri-County Animal Rescue Center on Facebook, call 814-918-2032, or email: contactus@Tricounty-arc.org
