Hazel was recently surrendered to us and originally came from an Amish farm, so we have no history for her. Here at the shelter, Hazel is incredibly affectionate, playful, and very eager to please. Hazel loves to play next to other dogs outside, soft blankets, and treats of course! Our vet estimated Hazel to be around five years old, and we have gotten her vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. All this sweet girl needs now is a home to call her own. Hazel with make an excellent addition to any family, if that could be yours, apply today!
