Spiffy came to us as a stray from Meadville, so we really don’t know much about his life prior to coming to us. He is a very sweet and wiggly boy who is always happy to see his humans. He would like to meet any potential doggy siblings prior to adoption. Spiffy is vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. Spiffy is very food motivated and should be easy to train. He enjoys running around our outside runs and giving lots of kisses. If Spiffy looks like your next best friend, apply today!
