Crews were busy Tuesday working on the deck of the closed Petroleum Street bridge in Oil City. The span is expected to be closed again today before opening with lane restrictions until the maintenance work is complete. The closure created heavy traffic and delays Tuesday on Veterans Bridge and in the North Side business district. (By Richard Sayer)
