The Rainbow Family of Living Light has chosen the Allegheny National Forest for a regional gathering during the first week of July.
The gathering will take place in the Marienville Ranger District of the forest.
The Rainbow Family is a loose-knit group of people from all across the U.S. and other countries who pursue social and spiritual activities and pray for world peace. Attendance at the regional gathering could reach near 1,000 participants.
National forest roads in Elk County may be congested during the event.
