Venango Youth for Christ will hold its annual overnight R.I.O.T event Friday evening into Saturday morning for students in grades 6-12. Registration is at 9:15 p.m. at Seneca Lanes and tickets are $30 each. Parents and guardians will pick up their teenagers at 5:30 a.m. at the Oil City YMCA.
