Those who do so, as well as those who have paper biodegradable bags of leaves to be picked up during spring clean-up, are asked to call the city maintenance center at (814) 437-1600, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday to give locations of the anti-skid piles or bags of leaves.
