Scott Austin and Tracey Beers were honored Thursday by the Clarion County chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees. Austin has taught social studies for 28 years, 20 of them for the Allegheny-Clarion Valley School District. Beers is in her 36th year of serving as guidance secretary at Clarion-Limestone High School. Austin and Beers were given the PASR Clarion chapter’s annual Lauretta Woodson Award for their service.
