From staff reports

A Meadville man was killed and two Titusville residents were injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning at the intersection of Route 89 and Buells Corners Road in Rome Township, Crawford County.

Corry state police said the crash occurred at about 9:25 a.m. Friday when John F. Graham, 33, of Meadville, failed to stop his Honda Accord at a stop sign.

Graham’s vehicle continued through the intersection and into the path of a Ford Expedition driven by Mark A. Masiker, 53, of Titusville.

Masiker’s vehicle struck the drivers side door of Graham’s vehicle, causing Graham’s vehicle to rotate 90 degrees clockwise before striking a tree on the east side of the highway, police said.

Masiker’s vehicle rotated 360 degrees counterclockwise and also struck a tree on the east side of the highway, according to police.

Graham suffered fatal injuries, and Masiker and a passenger, Karen L. Klock, 54, of Titusville, were transported to Titusville Area Hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries.
