Paula Leonhardt, formerly of Venango County, and current resident Kelsey Ziegler have been honored with 4-H Salute to Excellence awards by Pennsylvania 4-H. Leonhardt received the 2025 Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Award for nearly 30 years of dedicated service, including long-term roles on various committees and leadership of key events. Ziegler earned the Volunteer of the Year award for her impactful five years guiding Teen Council members in organizing youth programs and outreach efforts nationwide.
