4 arrested at OC home after drugs found

From staff reports

Oil City police arrested four people on drug charges Friday at a residence on East Seventh Street after officers served a search warrant at the home.

Two of the four were also arrested for child endangerment as two minor children were inside the residence when the warrant was served.

Police identified the four as Stephanie Goodman, 23; Zackary Collingwood-Brock, 29; Cody McClelland, 28; and Ryan Sharp, 24.

Police said the warrant was obtained because officers learned the occupants at the 222 E. Seventh address were involved in the sale and distribution of controlled substances.

Officers said they found the four suspects along with multiple pieces of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia when they served the warrant. Police also located the two minor children inside the home.

All four suspects were taken into custody and arraigned before district judge Andrew Fish. They were all committed to the Venango County, and preliminary hearings are scheduled Wednesday in Central Court.

Goodman is charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Collingwood-Brock is charged with endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sharp is charged with possession with intent to deliver controlled substances, possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.

McClelland is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bail was set at $50,000 for Sharp, $25,000 for Collingwood-Brock and McClelland and $15,000 for Goodman.
