Bridge Builders Community Foundations awarded its first technical career investment grant—a reverse scholarship aimed at reducing student debt and retaining engineering talent in Venango County—to Bryce Fisher, an engineer at Matric and Geneva College graduate. The grant, funded by an anonymous local donor, supports recent engineering graduates who choose to live and work in the area, helping boost the local economy and address the rising costs of higher education.
