Venango County will sponsor a household hazardous waste and electronics collection event Saturday, July 30, at the county’s recycling center in Franklin.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the center at 134 Hangar Drive, Franklin, near Venango Regional Airport.
Those who plan to take items to the collection site must pre-register with the collection vendor, Noble Environmental Specialty Recycling. There is a minimal cost associated with proper disposal of these materials.
