Forest schools excel at FCCLA state leadership conference

Forest Area School District students and staff were honored for their achievements at the FCCLA state leadership conference at Seven Springs Resort. Both East and West Forest chapters earned numerous awards, including multiple gold and silver medals in STAR events, with several students advancing to the national competition in Orlando. East Forest was also named an outstanding chapter and recognized for community service, while adult leaders received service and adviser awards. Additionally, some West Forest students were elected as state and regional FCCLA officers, highlighting the district’s strong leadership and dedication to personal growth, teamwork, and community involvement.
