Will Cisek, the Franklin boy known for his “Will’s Christmas Blow-up Extravaganza,” has made yet another annual donation to Precious Paws Animal Rescue with money collected from the donation box placed near his inflatable Christmas season display in the downtown area.
This year, the rescue received more than $1,600 from the efforts of Cisek, a sixth-grader in the Franklin Area School District.
Cisek loves dogs and makes his yearly donations to the rescue in memory of the family’s late dog, Scarlet.
“We are so honored and humbled to receive this generous donation of $1,522 plus another $75 received through PayPal,” Precious Paws President Theresa Weldon-Raecke said in a news release from the rescue.
“Will has put his heart and soul into this community-selected top Selfie Spot in Venango County for several years. This fifth year was really challenging with the December windstorms and heavy snowfall.
“Will is thinking of the homeless animals in his community.”
