Mike and Joyce Hughes of Franklin have been named recipients of the United Way of Venango and Titusville Region’s 2026 Legacy Impact Award, a new honor recognizing individuals whose long-standing service has made a lasting difference in the community. The couple will be recognized at the agency’s annual celebration March 25 at Cross Creek Resort in Titusville. Praised for decades of volunteerism, mentorship and philanthropy, the Hugheses have supported numerous local, regional and national organizations, including the Barrow-Civic Theatre, the City of Franklin, local schools and the United Way’s COVID Relief Fund, while also serving on multiple boards and helping strengthen the community for generations to come.
