Wilson Excavating employees work on Walnut Street, at its intersection with East Second Street, in Oil City as gas line replacement for a five-block area on East Second Street continued Wednesday. According to Wilson Excavating foreman Eric Moore, the replacement will result in an upgrade of medium pressure. The upgrade will benefit the 400, 500, 800, 900, and 1,000 blocks. The New Wilmington-based company is being contracted by National Fuel. (By Makayla Keating)
