Two local residents who attend Kennedy Catholic High School in Hermitage were selected as the prom king and queen on Saturday. Anthony Phillips, who transferred from Venango Catholic High School due to VC’s closure last year, was named king. He is the son of Kevin Phillips of Cooperstown and Julie Phillips of Reno. Monique Vincent was crowned queen, and she is the daughter of Scott and Robin Vincent of Franklin. Both will graduate from Kennedy Catholic on May 23.
